Donations

Proceeds from this fund will be allocated to a family in need in $1,000 increments. Donations of $1,000 will be matched with a family on a 1:1 basis. Donations of less than $1,000 will be combined to fund one family. Families will be identified through our partnerships with other non-profit organizations.

General Fund proceeds have been used to fund Educational Supplies, Educational Programs, and Food Assistance Programs.

From time to time we are contacted by our partners at VCRC to support families that have an immediate need for financial assistance. In the past, these donations have addressed housing-related expenses, medical bills, food, and many others. To address this community demand, we established an Emergency Relief Fund.

Proceeds received will be used to support DCS Education goals including the Backpack/Chromebook Project.
